Description:

  The purpose of this project is to create a web-based documentation platform
for GNOME that lets everyday users and developers modify and add to
documentations. This would make it easier for good documentation to be
written. When sufficient changes are done, the module owners may decide to
move it to the official unchangeable documentation.

I have my entire project planned on paper, however, I do not have any source
code yet. I intend to use MySQL and PHP and standard XHTML and CSS.
