Follow-up Comment #11, task #4888 (project administration):

Oh, as you can see, I included the full version of license in documentation
HTML-files.

I have a question, can I make this?:
Include the copyright notice after the titlepage (in english linking to the
COPYING file), but below include a *russian* translation of the license
(http://www.infolex.narod.ru/gpl_gnu/gfdlrus.html). Of course with a notice
that it has no power of law and the main one is the original english version.
