Follow-up Comment #2, task #5529 (project administration):

Hi,

The library will use libc and xlib. The toolkit build on top of the library
will bind to other free programs (I will use this list in making the decision
to what to bind:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#GPLCompatibleLicenses)

I can't include any link as no source code is available yet. It's a project
that I've try to push into SoC but could not find a mentor for it so I
decided to start it on my own. It's only in Planning phase.
