I see your point. The software will be zope based, using other open source
products. See below.

It would be just the software itself - it is going to be run on another
server anyhow. Its the pure development we were thinking about. The server we
are using at the moment is https://copycan.org.

As said before, just the software to run the system, not running the system.
But I have got the impression that I might have knocked on the wrong door in
the first place. I am sorry for that. So maybe it might be best then if we
look somewhere else?
