Follow-up Comment #2, task #5677 (project administration):

ParIT is incorporated in the province of Manitoba in Canada, it has the legal
standing to be a copyright holder.

The latest version:
http://members.parit.ca/Members/markjenkins/pysces/pysces-0.6.20.tar.gz

The GFDL is now in doc/COPYING.

You may notice that aside from COPYING, doc is now empty. The example that
was in there has been moved into it's own project. Full documentation with
examples are planned, and pysces will point to the projects that use it as
examples too.
