Hi,

I don't see trace of copyright and license notices in your new version.

Besides, it looks like, but I may be mistaken, that you are using MS Word to
create that document. Given the poor quality of the resulting HTML code, this
can arguably be considered as an Opaque Copy as per the GFDL definition. You
need to distribute the preferred format for modifying your work, not a
derivate format. And of course, we would like you to use free software to
create your manual.

So we need:
- addition of GFDL copyright and license notices
- the documentation in its original format
- that the original format be perfectly editable with free software

Feel free to ask any question you have on those points.
