This is a pure Object Oriented chess library written in Ruby
(http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/, license: GPL +
http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/about/license.txt). Actually no external
libraries is needed.
This software works everywhere ruby interpreter work (gnu/linux, OS X,
Microsoft Windows etc.), the target is a library for the chess games
development, extensible with custom AI modules. Librchess can be used for
example for client/server chess games and web based chess game, in
Multiplayer or with AI.
