Follow-up Comment #1:

This project submission was incorrectly typed as "www.gnu.org translation
team" (only for GNU website translation teams).  Since GNOME is part of GNU
but this project is not, I changed the project type to "non-GNU software &
documentation".

On the other hand, did you read the GNOME Translation Project guidelines
before requesting this project?

By the way, the language name "Kikongo" is not one of the internationally
recognised languages (i.e. it has no language code in ISO-639), but there's a
Kongo language with code "kg" for ISO-639-1 and "kon" for ISO-639-2.  Is it
the same language?
