This is a university project, done by 6 computer science students.
This is going to be online help-desk. Combines functions of post-moderated
forum and chat. In official project documentation it is said the we are
intended to sell the software to corporations, but it is a student project
and we are getting marks for this. And after the term is over we will give
away the code to whoever.

Right now we don\'t have any code done.

There is no code written yet, so we can not really say what dependencies
there will be.
Since we have no funds - we will aviod using commerical packages
