my program is based on the GNU/Linux ping program,but I have created because
this supports 4 types of probes unlike the GNU/Linux ping.
The  types are: timestamp,echo request,address mask request,information
request.The program in written in the python programming language.There  are
some missing features,options compared to the GNU/Linux ping because it is
only in alpha state,but it's functional
I cannot include a url for the source code here because I have no stable  
server to put the program tarball,but I gonna attach to the submission the
tarball
