Hi, Stephen:
Thats' no problem, thanks for pointing out the change of address. I added the
new header to the Makefiles also. The wrapper scripts are very small, just 2-3
lines and I don't feel contain any intellectual contribution so I've ignored
those for now; indeed your rule-of-thumb suggested more than 10 lines.
