==== Description: ====
Pivip will be forum software which tries to work on the Semantic web and
adhering to web standards as defined by the W3C. This means that it is
written in valid XHTML 1.0, and theming happens via CSS.
Modularity is the key word: it should require almost no effort to expand
Pivip's functionality.

This project is still in the planning stage.

==== Other Software Required: ====
PHP 5
At the start MySQL, but should be easily replacable.
