Sorry for the huge delay you have been facing.

Please be aware that Savannah is not a place to have your software listed. As
I pointed out in a previous comment the FSF/UNESCO Free Software directory
might be the place you are looking for.

Providing only CVS to project is also not the point behind Savannah. Savannah
is a platform intended to help you develop your project and communicate with
your users. I also mentioned this in an earlier reply.

If the CVS service is the only thing you intend to use then I am sorry, but I
cannot approve your project.

Could you please clarify this point?
