Sorry that it took so long to reply -- I guess I didn't realize that this
task was pending reaction from my side.

Are you still interested and motivated in forming a Croatian team?  
If so, please let us know at <address@hidden>; we can reuse this
application but the important part of the process is email-exchange via that
route.

I took a quick look at your translation, and it seems to be a very old
variant of our homepage.  This is not a big problem, as you can always update
it.  In addition, I don't think I agree with "sustav" for "operating system". 
It is true that this word is quite common and natural in Croatian, but it has
a strong root that stands for "collection".  GNU is an operating system and
not a collection of programs, libraries and utilities.  From the very
beginning the goal was to create an entirely free OS, and not just a pile of
useful things.  Most GNU components work independently in other environments,
but it is crucial not to name them as "GNU collection", etc.

Certainly, I'm not an expert in Croation so I might be wrong in this
particular case.  If it is possible to use "sistem" and not "sustav", please
do.
