I haven't heard from you for a fairly long time, so I'm closing this task.

You ought to be much more active to maintain a translation team.  If you plan
to re-apply in the future, please write to <address@hidden>.  The
process for establishing a new team is managed via that address; the
registration of the Savannah project is just a formality that should happen
*after* all other steps are completed.
