I am waiting for an answer from you.

If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your
project. You will still be able to register it again once you have the
time to deal with the registration issues.

Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah? If not, please
tell us - we don't bite, and it will make us gain time.

If you still want to host savannah there are some needed changes:

This statement is contradictory: "This file may be freely
redistributed under the terms in the file COPYING" We consider that
the GPL is a free software licence but GPL-ed programs are not freely
redistributable, the distributor must comply with the GPL, he can't
distribute as example, under a propietary licence. You really do not
want to talk about "This file" (The README)?, more likley you want to
talk about the image in question, so the correct sentence would be
"The image of the paper and the board (paper.png) is created and
Copyright 2009 by Jason Wells. It is licenced under the terms of the
GNU General Public Licence version 3 or (At your option) any later
veresion. You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public
License along with Tic Tac Toe, usually in a file named COPYING.  If
not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>."

Also, if font is only "Free for personal use" and no for public use
mean than it is propietary and we do not allow propietary
dependencied. Please select another font or ask the copyright holder
of it to put it under a GPL-compatible licence.
