hi alex,

i understand your requirements, and share your goal of advancement of free
sotware. that's why i would like pyctoh to be hosted here !

_but_, again, nobody wants a licence header in every single file (not even
savannah [1][2], not even you [3][4]!)

i've already put a license notice in ctoh.ini.example and other dumb files.
if you think this is not enough, you can delete my submission :(
