I noticed some issues with the tarball you submited:

The license headers in README and ob-menu-ed.c lacks license URL or
FSF address.  Please include it.  It's very important to give the user
(Anyone who gets a copy) a pointer to the license.  As the header
tells: A copy of the GNU GPL must be distributed along with the file,
but the vendor may forget or that copy may get lost.

Please note GNU Savannah's mission is to host free software projects,
and we want the public to think of them as free software projects.  A
project name that says "open" will tend to lead people to think of the
project as "open source" instead of "free software".

We would be glad if you accept to use "free" instead of "open" in your
project name.
