==== Description: ====
A modification of Mihai Bazon's (no longer maintained?) program gmrun.
A "Run Command" dialog for the Gnome desktop with auto-completion and
configurable URL and filename-extension handlers. Commands are executed, and
file/directory paths are opened with the configured handlers. By default,
files and directories are opened with the command gnome-open, which is roughly
equivalent to double-clicking them in the Nautilus file manager.
The program's goal is to fill a gap in Gnome (as perceived by the author),
and provide a simple and economical dialog for both running commands and
opening files by their path with efficient auto-completion.
Written in C++.
==== Other Software Required: ====
1. GLib 2.0.4; LGPL license; http://library.gnome.org/devel/glib/
2. GTK 2.0.5; LGPL license; http://www.gtk.org/
==== Other Comments: ====
Written to scratch a personal itch.
Can't promise steady maintenance.
