==== Description: ====
Tarada Library contains functions (so far only in C++) that can be used by
other programmers. These functions are mostly trivial functions like string
comparison, but it saves programmers a lot of time by being easy to use.
Tarada Library also contains a class called tstring, our own implementation of
string. We use vectors to implement it, and we have added our own methods to
it. tstring is not mature enough for use by programmers. It is still in the
development stage.
