Hi Ron,
There are several problems with your submission:
1. There is no COPYING file in tarball which should contain full license
text.
2. There is no license headers in source files.
3. As I understand this is Flash project - please read
https://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php, especially "No non-free
formats software" section, this means that we don't host Flash projects.

I'm sorry but I must reject your submission, also I'm sorry for delay in
processing your project, we're short of developers.
