Follow-up Comment #3, task #13669 (project administration):
Hello,
Thank you for the update.
In the README.md file there's a contradition between the statement that the
layout is under GPLv2,
and that "all files (including layouts) are under GPLv3-or-later)".
Please fix this issue.
The python files still do not have any copyright statements or license notice
- please add those as well.
When these issues are amended, please upload an updated archive to GNU
Savannah to continue with the submission process.
