Follow-up Comment #13, task #14249 (project administration):
The argument presented in comment#7 for using the gcc rle seems persuasive to
me. Exactly how all the details would apply is obscure to me, but the intent
is clear and seems reasonable. So I think it would be fine to accept this.
After all, no matter what the code is certainly GPLv3+ compatible, which is
the key requirement.
Yves: where did you hear the update about gna? I haven't seen anything since
Sylvain's announcement in January.
