I have rsync backups of the sources of CVS for a few projects
which were last synced sometime in May:

May  7 12:21 Rsyncs/SvGnuOrg/sources/groff/groff/
May 10 01:54 Rsyncs/SvGnuOrg/sources/things/things/
May 22 23:14 Rsyncs/SvGnuOrg/sources/emacs/emacs/

They are behind a low-bandwidth straw, though.  The emacs repo,
especially, would be most painful to try to upload....
