>From the commandline you can use sftp:
sftp address@hidden:/releases/galois
send the file with "put <filename>", disconnect with "bye".
In the GNOME3 filemanager select File->Connect to Server,
Server: "dl.sv.nongnu.org", select "SSH", directory "/releases/galois"
and you must provide your username and the password for your ssh-key.
When you are successfully connected you might want to set a bookmark...
(who said graphical user interfaces are easier to use???)
