That bzr error happened at 16:46:08 +0300 (thank you, ~/.bzr.log!).
The above times are much later, when the problem already disappeared
as mysteriously as it appeared.

For bzr, the message I cited shows some diagnostics.  For git, I don't
know what happened, only that "git pull" will stall without showing
any output for many seconds, even minutes.  That was around the same
time as shown above for bzr, so please look in the logs around there.
