windowlist and cursor

Hello,

Thanks to maintain GNU Screen.

This post concerns the window list: it is not accessible to the braille
readers because the cursor is at the end of the screen.

So here is, if you are interested in, a little patch. 
It requires -DCARET_MODE in Makefile. 
The window list is displayed just one line at a time, and the cursor
is upon this line.
