Thanks, it appears F10 is not properly mapped (^[[10~
instead of ^[[21~). But for what reason, I do not
know.

Furthermore, I think the entry for kF10 returned by
infocmp is correct (kf10=\E[21~).

Here's the output of the commands you suggested:

^V F10 produces this:
^[[10~


And infocmp produces this (I used -1 option to make it
more readable in this email)
