I don't know if bugs at savane are mailed to maintainers and do they get
any attention, so I better repeat it here, not too many posts here
anyway.

I want to submit here a copy of the bug submitted in Debian BTS almost a
year ago:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=271384
With a very simple patch included.
I also observe this bug. I use a 265x75 char screen on a 1600x1024 TFT
LCD (SiliconGraphics 1600SW) in xterm using 6x13 font.
I use this in my .screenrc:
hardstatus alwayslastline "%{.cK} %-Lw%{wK}%50> %n%f %t %{-}%+Lw %="
The cyan background of the hardstatus line ends on the 255 character,
and the 10 character-wide part of the status line remaining has a black
background.
I also have a caption:
caption always '%30= %l %= %D, %Y-%m-%d %c:%s '
and suprisingly the caption is OK. So maybe it's a different bug.
May I ask to apply this patch and fix this bug?
