Simulating keyboard activity on all screen session in frequent interval

Hi all,

I am using screen to login to multiple server, my problem if there is
no activity in 5 minutes, to unlock I have to hit return and type my
user password.

Is there a way we can simulate keyboard activity for every frequent
time interval in all screen session?

Or can we use expect script do send keyboard activity in frequent time interval?

I thinking of sending space and backspace character.

Any tips on this issue?
