dump screen to html

Hi,
I wrote a patch to dump screen to a html file with color preserved.
It's similar to :hardcopy but the output is html. It basically output
all info from screen to html and you can then apply css styles to make
it colorful. The patch and example outputs are in the link below. To
produce html, use :hardcopy -H, to produce html of scrollback buffer,
use :hardcopy -Hh.
