Telepathy? Thinking about macros for screen for a couple of days.It would be probably conveniant to use existing registers to store data. All what we really need to do (I hope so) is to find the right part of source for copying input so it works for all modes.

I've hobbled together the occasional macro via a script with a lot of "stuff" commands. But if there were a simple macro-recording in screen (like vi's 'q') it would be a super power-tool...
