Setting Xterm ( putty ) window Tittle to Match Screen Window Title

Hello there guys, screen is just a time saving tool, I can’t thank you guys enough for how many times I got able to just re-attach my console and get back to all  my sessions.

 

I just had an idea and was wondering if it’s possible.

 

 

Can I chance the PUTTY/Xterm Title Bar (window caption) accordingly to the Screen Window that I am ?

 

So every time I switch Window on Screen my Xterm/Putty caption gets changed to the current Screen Window Name.
