Details:

We need to make sure that each page has the appropriate disclaimer notice and
a link to the contest copyright page. Attached you'll find HTML code for this
disclaimer.

Two of the links do not yet work, as the pages for Contest Copyright and the
Disclaimer page are not yet on the platform. So those links currently point to
the tickets on savannah -- and should be replaced with the proper links once
those tickets are resolved.
