Details:
When I clicked "Add Content" in the lefthand box in Course Manager, the
righthand box displayed fields where I could enter the title, what it's
required for, what it's based on, and then a word processor-like box where I
can enter the content.
The problem is that there's no "submit" button, even when I scroll right to
the end.
This problem didn't happen when I was adding content previously.
As a work around, I clicked "show only this frame", and then I was able to
see a "submit" button below the box where I could enter content.
