Details:

Separate the file serving duty from the modules and develop a common
framework component for that. the flow should bypass normal module lookup,
plugin architecture etc.
For eg:, while serving webfonts, rendered pdf, images etc, control need not
go to respective module. It is just a file reading from tmp or a configured
folder.
This code should also set correct mimetype, yield chunks of data.
