[Simulavr-devel] ADC inputs from UI

Hi,

What is the relationship between what is provided
as input to the ADC via an external pin and what
is captured in the register?

I am not seeing the relationship between the AREF
pin, the input value (adc0 XXX -> ui), and what
comes out of the register. 

I have looked at the atmega128 manual and pin.cpp
source code for setting it but am still confused.
