There are sometimes in some documents (for example mega164/324/644 
datasheet from 02/2009, page 260, table 20-6, timer/counter 0 compare 
match ... which? This happens too for atmega16) mistakes. I'm not sure, 
if the auto trigger source table is implemented in the same way in every 
device, which does have this feature, e.g. the assignment to the 
different sources and the sources too are the same? (for timer sources, 
other like available in this device, of course)
