| Summary: arrowhead in line doesn't flip correctly

| I've seen this bug in both Versions 0.6.12 and 0.6.13.
|
| Do the following:
|
| 1. Select poly line and draw a straight line.
|
| 2. Style--> Line, and assign Right end of the line to be
| an arrowhead (not the first one in the list) and apply it.
|
| 3. Now if you flip it horizontally the arrowhead does not
| flip correctly. The line flips OK but not the arrowhead
| itself.
|
| 4. Also, if you try steps 1 to 3 again you will find that the
| drop down list now has extra non-arrowhead for you to
| select from. It will keep growing too.
|
| This doesn't always happens but it never happens with
| the left arrowhead. Also, it doesn't occur if select the first
| arrowhead selection. (The first arrowhead that is not a
| blunt end
                                                                                
                
Could reproduce the growing arrow selection box (see attached screenshot)
Could not reproduce that flipping head bug.
