Or just
iobuf_writestr(hd.fp_write,
"Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded\r\n");
Note that GnuPG 1.2.5 (to be released soon) does this automatically.
Can we find a few more lists to cc this to? Seriously, the people who
just got cc'd have no idea what we're talking about.
