This also happends when I try with linked db-4.6.18.

As I said in previous mails, also db-4.6.21 doesn't work.
Are you sure there is a dependence between db version
and the
    illegal flag specified to DB_ENV->repmgr_set_local_site
    repmgr_add_remote_site: host name is required
error?

Does anybody could help? :-(
