[Sks-devel] Looking for peers for keys.jbj.org

Hi --

I have a new sks keyserver at keys.jbj.org that appears
to be installed incorrectly, and is locally reconciling data
amongst 3 local servers.

The database will be used to look at the synchronization protocol
used to distribute keys between servers as a possbile
model for doing incremental updates to *.rpm package
repositories, and for improving the automated retrieval
of keys used to sign *.rpm packages.

(aside)
The host may eventually transition to keys.rpm5.org if I
add within RPM default configuration.
