Last year I did some investigations on keys size in the SKS network and
was surprised to find some multimegabytes keys.  I only looked at the
largest and it was because of a huge embedded JPEG photo.  Keys above
100KB represented much less than 1/1000 of the keys.  The vast majority
of keys are in the 1100-1200 bytes range.
