[Sks-devel] key-server.de is back !

Dear collegues,

key-server.de is finally back. For all of you who need to change
firewall settings, the new IP is 78.47.40.248. The Nameserver entries
are changed but it may take a while to filter through.

Sorry for th inconvenience, but the old ISP tried to screw me so i had
to find a new one. The dump will be available as always, but i need to
do a new setup, please give me a few hours ...
