[Sks-devel] peering without notice

Subject: [Sks-devel] peering without notice

Dear colleagues again,

I must say that i don't like it when some sks-admins just try to peeer
with my keyserver(s) without giving notice before. There should be a
notice on this list first or a direct contact or whatever.

I refuse to add such servers to my membership file(s). In the
future they will be added to iptables instead and therefore they may
find themselves on one or more blacklists.
