[Sks-devel] ks-status-json.php should emit Content-Type: application/json

Hi all (and Kristian in particular)--

I was just checking on keyserver status here:

 
https://sks-keyservers.net/status/ks-status-json.php?server=zimmermann.mayfirst.org

I noticed that the JSON response is being served with Content-Type:
text/html.  I think it should actually be Content-Type: application/json
to enable proper parsing and processing.
