Ok, that's something the haproxy health check doesn't look for in the
health check...
sks-db was up on master, but sks-recon was down.
I'll have to add a health check for the recon service, this way if the
recon is down the master is replaced.
I must have forgotten to switch it back on after testing and enabling
the master node.
