Terrific, thanks Jef: these are important. I would add also that the
logo needs to embed and communicate the values of the project it
represents. If these are not clearly stated already, now it's the time
to do it.

I like the idea of associating image and logotype. I like also the
design you proposed. I would suggest to define the values of the project
and measure the effectiveness of your proposal against them.

What do you think are the values of mediagoblin?
