[Straw-devel] Sort-categories button is unintuitive

We should be able to right-click on any point within the
list of subscriptions and select 'Sort feeds,' which would
produce a submenu containing 'ascending' and 'descending'.
More in line with traditional UI would be making the word
'Subscriptions:' a clickable object. Clicking it once would
sort ascending; clicking twice would sort descending.

Barring any of the above, I think the arrangement of the
sort buttons within the Prefs panel is really confusing.
