streamtuner doesn't work

hi all,
first of all I've got to tell you that your job is very good and a lot 
appreciated by me! I enjoy it a lot!

but I have had with your program for about two-three months so I decided 
to email you: me and also one my friend, when we run streamtuner program 
and we double-click on one server to listenin to the music, xmms is 
launched automaticaly but it doesn't play anything! no music! Only the 
playlist window is opened... do you know? is it a bug?
